With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education, my work centers on leadership, strategy, and student success. I’ve worked across Student Affairs, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Advancement and Community Engagement, and Academic Affairs at institutions including Claremont McKenna College, Pitzer College, Colby College, Grinnell College, and the University of Southern California.

Throughout my career, I have:

  • Led strategic planning efforts to enhance the student experience, strengthen institutional priorities, and support institutional reaccreditation.
  • Designed leadership and career development programs that help staff, faculty, and students grow their skills and increase their impact.
  • Created inclusive practices and organizational learning processes to support equity and belonging across campus communities.
  • Developed advancement strategies that connect alumni, parent, and community donors to meaningful opportunities for engagement and philanthropy.

In addition to my administrative leadership, I am a Visiting Assistant Professor of Organizational Studies at Pitzer College. I teach courses in organizational change management and leadership development, while advising student research and publishing on leadership, organizational change, and masculinity studies.
